Q: Can I come back to the assessment after registering?
A: YES! To access your Check-in page again after registering, use the link you received in your invitation or registration email. You can return to practice and/or start your assessment anytime before your deadline.
Q: I lost my online assessment invitation, what do I do?
A: First, make sure your assessment invitation isn't in your Trash or Junk/Spam folders. If you still can't find it, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include the email address that is associated with your assessment link and we'll get back to you with your check-in link normally within 24hrs.
Q: My online assessment link isn't work, what do I do?
A: If your email link isn't working, contact us at email@example.com. Be sure to include the email address that is associated with your assessment link as well as a screenshot (if you've received an error message on the webpage). Often we'll be able to resolve the issue for you, but in some cases we may recommend you contact the organization you are applying to directly.
Registering your email address
Q: Why can't I edit my email address in registration?
A: Your email address is used as a unique identifier that the organization requires for each applicant. If you wish to change it, please reach out to the organization directly.
Q: Why does it say that my email address is already registered for this assessment?
A: This error message means that you’re trying to access an online assesment that you've already registered for. Please check your email inbox for your registration confirmation, as we’ve automatically sent it to you again. Please check your Junk folder too.

Watching the Welcome Video
Q: Why won't my welcome video play?
A: If you're receiving an error message when trying to play your welcome video, you’re likely working from behind a firewall. Please either change your firewall settings, remove it temporarily, or try again from another internet connection.

Uploading your photo
Q: Why can't I upload my photo?
A: Photos take a few seconds to upload to the Kira platform. If you think you’ve uploaded your photo, but it’s not showing up beside your name, first try to refresh your page.
