How To: Disable Ad Blockers (Chrome, FireFox, Safari)

Follow

During Device Setup, you'll see a two info. icons reminding you you to disable your browser's ad-blocker and firewalls. Unlike the above listed browser check and up-to-date Adobe Flash check, these steps are not automatically tested for you and so you'll have to do a manual check (Note: the grey info icon will always remain, even after these both have been disabled).

It is important to complete these steps because firewalls and ad-blockers may can cause connection issues during your video assessment. Please also remember to disable anti-virus softwares, such Norton's or AVG.
