Q: Why is "Start Assessment" greyed out? (Expired Device Setup)

A: To start your assessment, you’ll need to complete all of the steps on your Check-In page in the order listed.

Once all steps have been successfully completed, with green check marks beside each, you should be able to click the “Start Assessment” button to begin!

If you’ve already practiced at least once and your “Start Assessment” button is greyed out, this indicates that your device setup has expired, which occurs every 30 mins or so. You’ll need to complete this step again in order to practice or start your assessment.
