Q: I lost my online assessment invitation, what do I do?

A: First, make sure your assessment invitation isn't in your Trash or Junk/Spam folders. If you still can't find it, send us a message at support@kiratalent.com. Be sure to include the email address that is associated with your assessment link and we'll get back to you with your check-in link normally within 24hrs.

A: If your email link isn't working, contact us at support@kiratalent.com. Be sure to include the email address that is associated with your assessment link as well as a screenshot (if you've received an error message on the webpage). Often we'll be able to resolve the issue for you, but in some cases we may recommend you contact the organization you are applying to directly.
