No video detected
This error message usually means that the video component of your recording wasn't detected. If you’re using Google Chrome – please ensure you’re clicking “Allow” in the grey permission bar at the top of your screen. Please revisit your Device Setup page to ensure everything is working properly.
No sound detected
This error may indicate that either your input volume for your microphone is set too low, or that your default microphone is incorrectly selected. It may also indicate that you weren't speaking loudly enough during your video recording. Please try again, and speak just a bit louder.
If that doesn’t work, please right-click on your webcam recorder in your Device Setup, click “Settings”, and click the microphone icon on the bottom of this white pop-up. Here, you can select from a dropdown menu of different microphone options, and change your input volume.
This error indicates you've temporarily lost your internet connection while competing your practice or real assessment. When your connection comes back, please complete the Device setup again, and continue your assessment where you left off.
