Q: Why can't I edit my email address in registration?

A: Your email address is used as a unique identifier that the organization requires for each applicant. If you wish to change it, please reach out to the organization directly.

Q: Why does it say that my email address is already registered for this assessment?

A: This error message means that you’re trying to access an online assesment that you've already registered for. Please check your email inbox for your registration confirmation, as we’ve automatically sent it to you again. Please check your Junk folder too.
